SHIPPING

At Snag Journey we work to make shipping as efficient as possible. Orders will be prepared within a maximum of 5 business days (from the date of purchase) and then shipped. You will receive updates in your email.

SPAIN🇪🇸

Once the package is delivered to the transport company ( SEUR ), orders will take 1-4 business days to be delivered to the customer's address.

EUROPE🇪🇺

Once the package is delivered to the transport company ( SEUR ), orders will take 2-7 business days to be delivered to the customer's address.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS📦

The customer must return or deliver the product directly to Snag Journey within a maximum of 14 days after the date of receipt of the same (the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs). If these requirements are met, the refund will be issued in the same form of payment used in the order, unless otherwise requested. The refund will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product in the warehouses.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS📦

We offer a full returns service for product defects at no cost to the buyer, within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Shipments will be previously checked before packaging and dispatch. For any questions or problems, please send us an email to snagjourney@gmail.com , attaching a description of the problem in the order and a photo of the product. We will be happy to solve your problem as soon as possible.

DEVOLUCIÓN DE PRODUCTOS DEFECTUOSOS📦

Ofrecemos un servicio completo de devoluciones por defectos en el producto sin costo alguno para el comprador, dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la recepción del pedido.

Los envíos serán previamente revisados antes del embalaje y despacho. Para cualquier consulta o problema, envíenos un correo a snagjourney@gmail.com, adjuntando una descripción del problema en el pedido y una foto del producto. Estaremos encantados de solucionar su inconveniente lo antes posible.
